Save Joshua is a campaign dedicated to saving the life of nine-year-old Joshua Mukanike, a little boy whom God brought to our orphanage after he was abandoned.

Joshua’s condition began when he was just two years old. The area around his umbilical cord started to grow abnormally, and despite numerous medical checkups and treatments, the swelling has continued. Doctors referred us to a specialized hospital for further diagnosis, but the necessary tests to determine the cause and possible cure require at least nine hundred fifty dollars—an amount we cannot afford due to overwhelming financial constraints.
